How do you charge for jobs?
For small jobs (anything up to and including one full day), I charge £70 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour, then in half-hour increments. Additional costs include any required parts and parking fees.
For a full day’s work, I cap the labour cost at a maximum of five hours (£350).
For jobs that take more than a day, I can provide a fixed price quote or estimate after viewing the job. Quotes and estimates are free of charge.
Do you offer fixed price quotes?
Yes, for any job that will take longer than a day, I provide a fixed price quote or estimate after assessing the work. This helps you understand the total cost upfront.
Are there any additional costs?
Beyond the hourly rate, you may need to cover the cost of parts and any parking fees if applicable.
Do you have a call-out charge?
No, I don’t charge a separate call-out fee—just the standard hourly rate, with a minimum one-hour charge.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes, we can provide written quotes for all work, with no hidden costs or obligations. For smaller jobs, we can often quote over the phone.
What areas do you cover?
We serve all of Greenwich and surrounding areas including Blackheath, Charlton, Eltham, Middlepark, Plumstead, Thamesmead, Woolwich, Deptford, New Cross and most of South East London.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers only upon completion of work.
